hey,

just put together a AMD mobile 2400 and Nforce 7.

my friend gave me a copper heatsink some metal fin stuff that sits on that + a thermal take xblower that goes on top of the metal. I used artic silver 5 for the paste. it's OC'ed to 2.2 ghz (200mhz FSB, 11x mult.)

Anyway, my sys temp is 33 while the CPU is around 46 idle and 52 full load.

I don't have a case fan installed yet in the comp, should I get one? will it help the CPU temperature down of just lower the sys temp which to me looks fine.

Your temps are fine, but it always helps to have good case ventillation. I'd go ahead and add a case fan.
