Hello,

I am getting ready for my next PC build after a couple of years 'out of the game'...upon looking at some of the new cases that are available, the decision on the correct case for the PC's purpose is quite difficult.

requirements:

- good airflow
- good cable management
- ease of install (mobo etc, and yes I know TJ09 has removeable mobo tray)
- won't be doing any water cooling or any modding
- fit a 8800GTX (I've checked thanks to the thread here and TJ09 and 900 do)

prospective cases: Silverstone TJ09, Antec Nine-Hundred, (or another one that someone can recommend...Coolermaster Stacker 830, Cosmos...etc)

cash limit: well not a hard limit but maximum I would want to pay is around $350 AUD / $303 USD

OK, going into my requirements and further questions

1/ I've read a few reviews on the 900 and they say because the power supply is down the bottom, it's quite difficult to get the power onto the motherboard from the PSU...The TJ09 also has the PSU at the bottom, how come I havent heard anything about that from TJ09 owners?

2/ Can someone suggest another case that I have not mentioned here?

Thanks

FWIW, I like my Antec 900. GREAT airflow. Cable management...not so much. I had no problem getting power to my MOBO with the PSU on the bottom of the case. That sounds more like sh!tty PSU design (short cables)

While the Lian Li V series and other listed here are good, you hit the nail in the head with the TJ09. Best case I've had the pleasure of building with in a while.

Silverstone TJ09/TJ10. Great cooling, spacious, and most importantly they look stunning!

OK, so I have always been keen on the TJ09...just wondering, did any of you TJ09 owners who responded to my post have any troubles installing mobo (yes, I know its removeable), or fitting cards in, or cables hitting something (something like a plate that needed to be removed before part 'x' fit in case?) in the path?

Thanks

i know by now, that you've probably already got it, but 900 all the way...

btw where are you in AUS? i am in melbourne and 900's are going for about $170 (AUD)
