Case Considerations

Four stock fans would draw 1.08A (for SlipStream Ms it would be 1.04A) which leaves good reserve before 1.5A output limit.
Actually that limit would house pretty much any fan which isn't horribly noisy. (S-Flex and Gentle Typhoon and many others are even lot less hungry per rpm... or then values specified for some fans are start up peaks)

These fan controllers are where lack of tool-less 5.25" bays is advantage: Normal screw mounting works always with all short devices while those "easy" tool-less systems can be very hard to get to keep such devices in place.
