I went back and did some more shopping and modifying for this Case Build. I've started sketches on painting and design. My plans are to purchase these parts a few at a time and construct the case from bottom up. I'll continue to use my current case until the modification is complete, then I will transfer the parts. I'm looking to use a scheme of Black/Blue on the case paint including internal case painting. If anyone has any suggestions when painting the case I'd be interested. Not sure if any primer is required for the painting of the external case. I assume that for the internal primer will be required. Also would like to know what the windows are made of? Can I use an 80mm Door Knob Driller to create my 80mm fan holes?

Here is a photo of the parts. Please give your suggestions.

Also for what I'm doing as for power issues will a 450watt be sufficient? I'm not using any SLI devices. Just standard P4 HT with a GeForce 6600. In the future I will move up to an AMD FX with SLI cards but at that time I'll purchase a 600Watt SLI Power Supply.

Here's a photo of the paint scheme I'm thinking of doing along with my mouse, keyboard and monitor.

Oh, look, the front is a smilie! :>

I just noticed that. LOL. It seems like a good case with a well off design for ventilation. Considering it's built by Thermaltake and has some quality.

I looked at other cases and wasn't impressed with their quality. Too many crazy cases. I thought about the new one from Lian Li with the dual fans in the window and the ventilation fan ontop. For the price and the blandness in the front, I figured I could do it with this one. I like the fan control on the front grant it I'll never adjust it. I'm use to loud and annoying noise being in the Army.

Maximum PC's review of the Beetle shows it to be pretty bad. I'd consider a Thermalright XP-90 with a fan of your choice.

I'm not sure about this, but double check the product numbers of those fans (thunderblades) against the TT website. IIRC, those are only available in UV or Blue, not UV Blue. Translation: they may be blue led fans that would probably take away from your UV effects, not add to them.
