Case Airflow/cooling setup

ok so i've never been very knowledgeable on this subject as i usually just left the side panel of my case off. however now i'm looking into having a sharp system that i can actually move around.

so i have two cases here, if anyone read my earlier post i have the apevia x-jupiter and the thermaltake armour (gf suprised me with one and i bought the other ><).

i'm curious how to set up a proper airflow with the apevia.

the layout is 1x120 in the front, 1x120 on the side panel, 2x120s in the rear, and 1x120 on the top. should i make one of the rear fans an intake and have the top and one back as exhaust? or should i just do front and side intake.

i modded the front intake that goes over the hard drives, i dremeled the metal walls out to provide better flow over the drives and into the case.

i think thats about all i have, i'm fairly satisfied with the armour setup, its mainly the apevia that i'm concerned about

Front and side intake, rears and top exhaust is how you want to run things, in general.

Some find CPU temps go down if they switch the top to intake in some cases -- goes against common sense, but it may be worth a try if you aren't happy with temps.

i'll check that out, my previous antec had nearly identical setups, but i was always stumped at to how to set it up, so i just ran it sans window

I have a gateway case that i had lying around, and i have the back fan out-take, front intake, one over CPU, and then one that pulls air from under my graphics card, and out the side panel
