Cardreader install for htpc

It seems not a lot of ppl are interesting in an internal cardreader for their htpc. I'd like to have one so I can show off my photos immediately. I found that the nMediapc 1000B has a cardreader that's nicely hidden behind a panel. But if I wanted a different case, is it possible to install an internal cardreader in either a 5.25 or 3.5" bay (external access) and conceal it somehow?
