Card slot covers?

Does anyone know where I can get some nice pci card slot covers for the back of my box? I've looked in the usual places (performance-pcs, xoxide, etc) but they're all very plain and I was hoping for something with a little more pizzazz.

It may not matter, but I have an AeroCool Zero Degree case.
