forgive me im a noob to flash media.

this weekend i picked up a canon s70 and after burning through a bunch of pics i dumped them on my gf's pc and took more. only to find out later i couldnt get them back on the camera from the pc to take them home with me.

so now im hunting for a GOOD CF/Memory stick external reader (those are the two formats my friends and family have)

im not really looking for more formats but if the best reader supports more so be it. fast and reliable are my priority. price really doesnt matter to me as long as it works well, its worth every penny.

thanks in advance.

I have a flash media drive that came with my computer and i wanted to get some pictures off the memory stick on my camera, so how do i get them off? i stuck the memory stick in the flash drive now what???

I haven't run into a card reader that doesn't work well. I picked up a dazzle 10 in 1 at compusa a few months ago for about $15. just make sure to get yourself a usb2 reader. You'll thank yourself in the long run.

good luck
-Jeff

oh, and to the hijacker - RTFM!!!!

i have a sandisk 5 or 7 in 1 or something. USB2 and it works fine. I imagine they're all fairly similar, since they use the builtin mass storage drivers etc.

The only real thing to look for is usb2 high speed.
