Does the card length listed in product descriptions count the front part of the bracket or just the card itself? I have 11.5" in my case and this 6950 I am looking at is 11.3" so just making sure.
 
Thanks! I saw that but didn't know if it was brand dependent or not. If it's a hair too long, I'll just cut my cage.
