Trying to figure out what would be the best bang for my buc. I have klipsch pro media 2.1 speakers, and HD 595 cans. I game, fps, mmo's, that kind of stuff, and listen extensively to music, and basically all kinds of music. If the artist could be said to be talented and skilled, I will try it. Not too much movies, this my gaming rig. I have Windows 7, 64 bit, and I hope to be somewhere 50-75. Definitely would rather be below 50.
 
Great value card for getting Dolby Headphone on your headphones (great for positional audio, movies, and in my opinion, music), plus it has a budget headphone amp which should pair well with your headphones, since they are low impedence anyway. I don't think you'll find a better all-around card for below $100. You'd want to upgrade your speakers before you spent more on a soundcard as the Pro-media's will be the weakest in your audio chain at that point.
 
And good meshing with 64 bit? I have to tell you, if my speakers are the weak link, I would feel that I am sitting pretty.
 
Not insulting the speakers or your preference for them, just saying that if you had the HD595, those speakers, and this sound card, the next thing most reasonable people would tell you to upgrade would be the speakers if you wanted most bang for buck in upgrading further.

As for the card, yeah they all have 64-bit drivers.
