I got in a car wreck where the other person's insurance denied any responsibility. Since I only have
liability on my truck, I'm left to pay for the damage out of my pocket. So with much sadness I have no
choice but to sell some of my toys. :(

OC @ stock voltage Core: 1227 Mem: 1400



OC @ 1.3v Core: 1300 Mem: 1700

Benchmark was done with Unigine Heaven set at the highest settings.

The GPU is stable and I've never had any issues with it the whole time. With a little OC to 1127 at stock voltage, I was able to run Unigine Heaven at max settings without a glitch watercooled. I was able to adjust the voltage with the use of Sapphire Trixx tool. YMMV with your setup.
GPU never went over 40c during full load gaming on Battlefield 3. Nothing but smooth gameplay on 3 x 24 inch monitors. I checked with Asus on warranty status and warranty ends 02/28/2015.

Have you considered calling a lawyer and finding out if you have a case?
 
Depending on the police report (hopefully there was one filed) if it shows that old lady responsible, you might want to talk to a personal injury attorney. Sometimes that gets the ball rolling on them picking up a claim they refuse to acknowledge. also, bump
 
Yeah a police report wasn't filed since no one was hurt in the accident.

a police report always puts somebody at fault. threaten to sue that insurance company. seriously.

its called bad faith. and a consultation with an personal injury lawyer will tell you if you can do something about it.

Someone must be found at fault in Indiana. My wife was sideswiped by a guy years ago and he was aggressive and yelling. Cop told my wife to leave and he would take care of it. We ended up getting a claim filed against our insurance and got boned in the end without lube.
 
Thanks for all the info. In the end there is no report and it's my word against her's. Her insurance denies it and mine won't pay for any of her damages.
