Capture Screen movement with sound.

I've been doing teaching programs but what I would like to do is to record what I'm doing on the screen with my voice explaining what I'm doing.

Can you help me?

I use it to capture my screen @ 1280x720. You can do so much with that program. It's not super user friendly, but I find it easy to work with. oh and its free too.

Thanks, This was just what I was looking for. It gives an 2 errors when i play the avi in Windows Media player but the video still plays.
