Trying to contact XFXSupport to get some help with my RMA, getting this message as a response.

"Participants:
You may not start a conversation with the following recipients: XFXSupport."

I've never had this problem before...
 
Looking into this. We changed some rules on PMs last night.

XFX Support will have to log in so the new rules can be updated to his account before you can message him.
