Can't set max resolution on CM823F

I have a Hitachi CM823F 21" CRT Monitor. According to the manufacturers specs I should have a maximum resolution of 2048x1536 @ 75hz. In my display settings the highest resolution I have is 1856x1392. Anyone know how I can fix this?
 
I've been searching forever for an INF file or something that would work but no luck so far. I'm dying to set 2048x1536 in games but I can't without a driver or INF file. IF someone could please help me I would be very grateful.
 
Hey guys I finally got it :D

This monitor has 2 display ports on the back of it. Both of them are VGA of course but for some reason the one I was plugged into wouldn't work right. I would try to install the driver and it would never take it. It kept saying the generic driver was best. I finally decided to try and switch the plug from the port it was in to the next one. When I did that it installed the INF file perfectly and I restarted the computer and now have my desktop set to 2048x1536 :D
