Can't send WUs...

Completed 4 WUs now, and none of them are sent (1 on the 2.6Ghz P4, 1 on the 3Ghz P4, 2 on my C2D). It keeps saying 503 error from server, then tries to send to the collection server and no luck there either. Any idea what's going on?
 
All from the same box? or different boxen?
 
run fah -configonly and make sure "use IE settings" is set to "no"
then try fah -send all
 
What do I do if they're running as a service? Stop the service then do that?

EDIT: did that and it worked fine. Thanks relic.
