Cant see Windows Server partition anymore?

Yesterday I attempted to boot my rig and even though it was still an option on the boot menu I wasnt able to boot Windows Server. Instead, I booted into XP, browsed My Computer and noticed that the partition was not showing at all. The drive space is still missing but no visible partition exists. I then checked under Disk Management and saw that there is a partion, which is marked active but isnt assigned a drive letter. The right click>assign driver letter option is not available either.

Here is the current set up:

C:\ Windows XP Professional (HD 1)
D:\ Data Drive (HD 1)
E:\ Freespire Linux (HD 2)
F:\ DVD-Ram Drive
?:\ Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Ed. (HD 1)

Anyone have any idea whats going on?
