Im unable to select voltage settings in my BIOS. I double click but nothing happens, just stays on Auto.

Just use the + or - keys at the NumPad in the keyboard... :) you should be able to change to manual, and select desired voltage.
 
Most of the time you can just start typing the voltage you want and it will set it. Not all settings require you to use the moise to select settings. Pretty much all voltages just require typing the voltages you wish to use.
