Can't Overclock due to freezing, memory problem?

So, I've been having some freezing issues during my overclocking. During normal use, my computer simply locks up (with no BSOD) and I have to reboot. Is this possibly due to my memory?

Computer specs:
Q9400
XFX 780i SLI
EVGA GTX260 Core 216 (55nm, flashed to SSC speeds)
4x2GB generic DDR2

Image is of the RAM's information. The second JEDEC profile, the 333MHz/667MHz one is what it says on the sticker, but it's automatically set to 800 MHz in BIOS.

Any help or solutions? :(

You could try giving the memory a little more voltage, alternatively see if you can run the memory below FSB clock.
