Can't move charts to a new sheet in Excel 2007

For some reason today, Excel decided to be difficult. I'm trying to move a chart from the sheet with the data, to it's own sheet. When I do this, the new sheet just shows up blank. No graph, or white background or anything. I've reinstalled Office, and tried multiple spreadsheets, and tried creating a new one, and none of them work.

Has anyone ran into a problem like this before or know what is going on?

neverming, figured it out.... 2 office reinstalls later... the print spooler wasn't running..
