Cant Install Windows 10/Server 16

I've tried everything, so maybe some new ideas will help. I'm trying to get windows installed on a setup.

I had a i3-6100 and gigabyte H110 mobo but it wouldnt detect my USB keys even with the latest BIOS update, windows just wouldnt launch the installer and it said 'insert disk'. i tried 8 USB keys and all ports and BIOS settings, no go.

I then purchased an I5 with ASrock H310 mobo and now Windows will finally boot up, but it says 'A media driver your computer needs is missing'.

I went and downloaded the intel 310 chipset drivers and storage drivers, and the windows setup can find them, but when I click on the driver and click 'next' it then says "no new deivce drivers found" and I cant proceed any further.

I have never had any issues like this installing windows. I have two good ISOs, several USB keys, and I've tried everything.

Any ideas?
