alright... for some reason on my ASUS P4P800-E deluxe board, i can't get my mushkin pc-3200 stick to run at 400 mhz (this is not the 222 special, btw). i tried making all the memory timings extremely relaxed (3-4-4-8), but that didn't let it boot up at all. i also tried to increase the voltage to 2.75v (spec'd at 2.6v), but that didn't work either. i'm also overclocking a P4 3.0C CPU to 3.6 ghz (12 cap). if it helps at all, the newegg page for this ram is here: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=20-146-219&DEPA=1

anyone know what to do?

never mind... my fault. BIOS settings was a bit misleading, since they listed the FSB:RAM ratios as actual clock speeds, but in relation to the CPU being 800 mhz FSB. so 3:2 was 266 mhz in the BIOS, 5:4 was 320 mhz, etc. it works fine now in 5:4 ratio, which is running at exactly 200/400 mhz now.
