In order to sign in on mozilla, I need to get my password. (Im using IE now). I type in my email address (Kylehus at yahoo.com) and It tells me Ive entered an invalid email address. What is the deal? what If i loose my password cookie? them in screwed.
 
yahoo addys aren't allowed here anymore. You will need to change to a valid, non-free addy to have the password re-set.

Yahoo has not been allowed for many years. Now when you make a change in your profile, the email filter catches the disallowed address, sorry.

(6) No Web based EMAIL ACCOUNTS (i.e Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc) allowed for forum registration or for use in For Sale/Trade Forum. You must have a valid e-mail account where you can be reached by a forum moderator or administrator. Email accounts must be updated in your account when a change is required.
 
hotpop.com offers free pop3 email addresses. Just a suggestion to remedy the situation. Not sure if it would be allowed or not.

bob, these are standard measures to help keep your account secure. As far as paying for an email address, you don't have to do that, you can use one from your ISP, your school or work. I can't think of any ISPs that don't give you email with your account.

If you want, PM me the email you want to use and I'll enter it for you. You must be able to respond to this email addy to have a new temporary password assigned. Then you can change it to whatever you like.
 
I didn't think about that part. I'd always kinda thought it was to prevent spammers, site pimps, etc. to stop from registering like mad.
