Cant get flash 9 to work for LOTRO download site

I cant get adobe flash 9 to work. Im trying to access the lord of the rings online site where you download the game and it redirects me to flash 9 website where i install the flash 9 add on and it says i installed it correctly but i still cant get into the site.

Keeps telling me to get flash 9.

Run the flash uninstaller and try re-installing.

Search for a program called FlashUtil9c.exe on your computer and run it with IE closed. Once you open IE again, it should work fine. Anytime it stalls again, rerun the FlashUtil9c.exe again, and it will be fixed.
