Cant get computer to boot off pci raid controller

Today when i reformatted i couldnt get windows to boot off of my raid controller.it was setup this way before. it goes through the installation, i load the raid drivers and windows loads the files to the raid but when it restarts it wont boot off the raid. any ideas? its a silicon image raid controller.

Also for some reason my SuSE installation on another hard drive doesnt work anymore (my mainboard has an option to select which drive to boot from) ive tried everything i can think of, so now i turn to you [H] ppl. :(
