I can't get the Amazon Tap configured.
Does anyone know what ports Amazon tap (and ipad with app) needs to get a tap configured?
It doesn't appear that my tap makes it to pulling an IP address.
 
So, I finally figured out what caused the problem. I do not broadcast my SSID on my Wifi. Turning it on (temporarily) fixed it.
This is strange as the Alexa app allows to add a not discovered Wifi network.

However, the experience is still not great. The Alexa app on the ipad is super slow. Sometimes I don't get to setup screens. The Alexa app does have very bad reviews on the app store.

But I don't think there is an alternative? At least not for setup?
