can't find nvcuda.dll?

Trying to run 3d vantage with modded INf 177.39 drivers and latest nvidia physx drivers.
System specs:
q6600
8800gt Supposedly Physx suppported with modded INF file
4 gigs 1066 DD2
xp/vista/ xp64 triple boot.
I ran 3d vantage with 175.16 drivers fine, but now with the modded 177.39s I get nvcuda.dll not found in the Physx test and back to the desktop I go...
Anyone know how I can fix this?
