Scythe stopped shipping the old model a while back since they just replaced it with a newer version. It should get in stock soon, however if you don't feel like waiting then grab a Scythe Infinity or Thermalright SI-128(with high-CFM fan) if it isn't to expensive for you, since both are slightly better than the Ninja.
