Can't figure out what's wrong with my internet-very slow bad connection for no reason

Windows XP pro
msi PC60G wireless 11g turbo G PCI card
linksys router main model...
WPA-Personal authentication

total of 6 people connected to it, internet is pretty responsive and works fine for everyone else

it just started getting really bad about 5-6 days ago. When I browse forums I have to click reload a lot or click the link 5x so it responds right away(doesn't always work of course). The signal strength is always 96-100% usually 100. Link quality is the same. Noise level is 70%. We are on channel 6.

I have to reload sooo often and I have to do 2 things at once so I can read one page while the other "loads"

I just pinged google and it timed out 5% of the time

wtf is going on? how can I figure out the problem here?

another thing to add, I just went to speedtest.net, the download seemed pretty good, the upload only went to 24kb/s it also took awhile to start the tests.

did the test 2x..upload took a long time to start and was terribly slow
