Cant Delete??

[nitrobass24]

I am running a server with 2 400gb spanned drives = 745gbvolume and i have some folders on there that i would like to delete and windows will not let me. it says access denied file is writeprotected or in use. But there are no files within that folder. I ve tried to delete in safe mode and in command prompt and have had no luck. Is there a 3rd party prog that could force a delete? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You probably can get rid of them in safe mode...

tuneup utilities 2006 has a shedding feature on it that i have used in the past to force a delete.

should have a 30 dayer on it if you dont wanna buy

I have the same problem sometimes...
Somtimes a reboot will help... or if that doen't work try safe mode.

did you try the /f switch in the delete command?
