I have this folder I created awhile ago that had 2 .rar files in it that were corrupt or something to that effect, so they read as 0kb for each. So, I can delte the 2 .rar files in the folder, but as soon as I delete them they come back, and I can't delete the folder it comes up with this message: Cannot remove folder aerdsf: The directory is not empty. Are there any hardcore deleting programs that can get rid of this or what do I have to do to get rid of this. If I format it, does that screw things up, or is it just format, and thats it and it will work fine after I format it.
