I've just ordered a geforce 6800 gt for doom 3 and I still have a little money left over and I can't decide which one of these to buy first.

Athlon XP 3200+
or
1 gb kit of corair pc3200 ddr
or
19 inch NEC crt monitor
(I am currently using an nec 1760nx lcd but it has poor black level performance)
or
a 100watt x 6 6.1 yamaha receiver to hook up to my Boston Acoustics Compact reference series speakers for pimp surround sound in doom 3.

Anyone have any suggestions or know any more worthwhile upgrades for my system?
 
Thanks guys, I'm just not sure which one will help me get the most immersive experience, the ram or the monitor.
