Can't decide which PSU to get!....Help please :(

I have no idea what PSU to get for my new build, there are just too many choices. I was thinking something around 600W...here are some key features I'm looking for:

- Modular cabling ( not a must )
- Around $150
- At least 6 SATA connections

This is what I need to power:
