Can't decide between monitors, could use some help.

I can't decide between the Polk Audio Monitor 40s or the M-Audio AV 40s. The M-Audio monitors have a TRS connection but the Polks do not. However, the Polks are bigger in every aspect. I'm not sure what to do here. The thing is, I'm going to be using these monitors for gaming and casually listening to music as well as well as recording/production. The work I'm going to be doing is mostly hobby recording and production. I don't need anything extremely professional.
