Okay guys,
Here is my deal. I'm trying to boot in safe mode so I can remove some programs. When I attempt to boot in safe mode it begins to start running the system32 files and then reboots itself. I can boot regularly just fine. I am kind of lost to why it won't boot in safe mode. Any help would be appreciated.
