Sooooo I was playing CS, alt-tabbed, and the computer beeped and reset. After flashing the screen for my RAID setup thing, I got the message saying that ntldr is missing. I went into the BIOS and checked around and things seemed to be wrong. Instead of having the RAID be the bootable add-in device it had my non-boot hd as the number 1 boot hd. So I changed that and then it gave the message saying "disk failure, insert system disk." I booted from the XP cd and went into restore mode. It showed c: as having all the files that I had on e:.

Here is my system:
Abit IS7
2x 36gig Raptors SATA RAID 0
-RAID partitioned into C: "System", and D: "Programs"
120gig IDE: E: "Storage"

The RAID BIOS shows both the raptors as running normally and shows the RAID as bootable. Thanks in advance for all your help.

slipstream the RAID drivers onto a Windows CD and try the restore mode again.
