Can't access drive after repartition

I repartitioned a drive using Alcohol 120%. I am not unable to access the partition.
Everything was moved into 1 folder on the drive, but if I click on that folder I get access denied. Any ideas on how to access my data?

You can partition drives with Alcohol 120%?
Have you tried right clicking and setting permission + taking ownership?
