I have a canon mg615 and started getting this b200 error as soon as i turn it on.

tried to remove it from the plug, removing all print cartridges and tried to turn it on with the cover up so that i get the message to close the cover and still no joy.

Another thing i tried was to clean the actual print head and again it did not fix it
