Canon a640 vs a630

[arr4ws]

im on the market for a new digital camera. Ive been looking at the canon A series , especially the a 630 and 640

the major difference seems to be only the lcd screens size and the 630 is 8.0mp vs 10mp for the 640.

wich one is the best value overall ? im leaning toward the 640 a lot but im looking for some advice.

if it helps I have been looking for quite sometime and I went with the A640 just a couple hours ago. I got it at BuyDig for $366 with a 2gb card. Also if you havent done so yet I would read through this http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canona640/
