cannot render mpeg2 demux filter?

just built sn85
skt 939 amd 3500+
1gb single ram module
gefroce fx 5700 le 256
just instaled win media centre edition 2005

just instaleld pci card into machine
install drivers all ok
install dvr plus software all ok

sw loads up ok but upon running the scanning to scan for channels to watch channels it comes up with the error cannot render mpeg2 demux filter?????????

have heard alot of ppl get errors but as soon as update is inastlled all is ok but kworld download website down cant dl from any of the 3 ftp mirrors
 
jst installed the tsunami codec pack and restart, still same errors upon loading dvb pvr + software
