Ok, I have been reading a lot in here in the past few days, but I cant make up my mind! I am going to be upgrading my monitor soon, so I can play BF2, and CODII and so they look sweet.

I cannot decide if I want the 2005FPW widescreen 20-inch LCD, or something else that will give better performace. Right now I have a 25ms LCD, and I hate it. Can someone give me a definate yes or a no as to whether I should get the 2005FPW for mostly gaming? If not, please link me to something that would have better performance.

Or are there any better monitors coming out in the future for less than $800 that I might be interested in looking at and holding out on buying one right now? Thanks in advance to anyone that helps =)
 
i have the dell 20.1" widescreen lcd... and ive been loving it every second. Games are supporting the widescreen and its beautiufl. dell will give u 3 weeks to try it out. go for it. if you dont like it, box it back up.
 
I say give it a try, that's what I'm doing. If I end up not liking it then I'll just probably just spend more money and get a Sony. But the thing is, it doesn't even look like even Sony is THAT much better than Dell, otherwise there wouldn't be so many users here with Dell.
 
Alright, I think I'm going to do it then, just have to wait until next week, get paid this week. Anyone know if there are going to be any sales soon from Dell?
 
I just placed my order, got $100 off of it too, I found a coupon that they said was correct in the first place, then they checked it and it was incorrect so they are giving me $100 off yay. :D
