Cannot connect to Hardforum.com?

The only way I can connect to hardforum.com is via proxy server (which I'm currently using) or using the 3G service (Verizon) on my iPhone. When I click on a hardforum link, click my bookmark or even type it in manually, the page times out.

Ping times out, Trace route stops at hop #11. I've tried everything I can think of. I've tried multiple computers (& multiple browsers), including my iPhone (cannot access when connected to the internet). All cache, temp files, even DNS has been cleared. No luck.

So that leads me to believe it's being blocked by my ISP. But why? Why hardforum.com? I can access HardOCP.com without issue. Yes, I can also access "adult content" as well, so there is no mistaken the forum name for something it's not.

Anyway... As an IT guy, I'm curious. It's not on my end. Has anyone else had this issue? Can anyone lend any useful info? Is there something I'm not thinking of or forgetting?
