Cannot activate VL Office 2010 with CMD. VAMT works.

I have various computers with different models (Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc..) I setup an KMS Server on a Server 2012. Working fine. I sysprepped and image it using GHOST. All my computers can activate both the Office and Windows with no problems.

But one model, HP 8560 (w/ Office 2010 + Windows 7). I cannot activate office using the command prompt. The computer can ping and see the KMS server broadcasting fine. I only can activate via the Microsoft VAMT program. Will be a hassle to apply to 50+ workstations and delete program after each activation.

I have tried changing different ports (setprt), host (sethst), check the time to match the server and few other things.

Are you using a KMS client key for office? If not, you might have to change the key (assuming you are licensed to do so for Office).

Cool I will try this in the following week. I am away for a business trip. I don't remember changing the key. I have been sysprepping and imaging this same machine/image.
