cannot access forum by ip

I used to visit H at work by ip since the normal url was blocked but now there's a staff only login. Is this a permanent thing?

i had the same thing from my mobile this morning when simply trying to visit the forums with a direct link to my control panel, but when i visit it from my Chrome browser on the pc it works fine
