Im looking for Xeon processors in canada. lower price the betta. Cheapest I've found is a Xeon 3.2 ghz 1mb l2 cache, 800mhz FSB for $444, so ya, help out.

Also, how well do these processors OC? I presume they are as hot as prescotss, but with some Good watercooling (like, a 77 bonevelle read with 2 120mm fans) how good of an OC could you get?
