Can you identify this sound?

I have a maxtor SATA 500gb hard drive that gave me some I/O errors, when attempting to repair it, the disk utility first said everything appears to be ok, after trying with disk warrior the hd started making weird clicks and wouldn't read anything. I recorded the clicks and uploaded, can someone identify those clicks whether the disk is physically damaged or not?

I had a WD that made that noise, it appeared fine in all disk utilities except the western digital diagnostics disc, I sent in in for an RMA
