Can you help me pick a wireless router?

Moving into a townhome this month with 2 roommates and getting charter internet cable up to 30mbps. Charter does not provide a wireless router so I need some help picking one out. It's a tri-level townhome so range must be good. I'd like something that has a user friendly setup, won't have to worry about losing connection, weak signal, and cheaper is always better! We'll be streaming hulu, netflix, gaming, all have iphones, and computers.
