I have seen the reports where you can get a Retail copy of 32-bit Vista and get the 64-bit version from Microsoft if you pay a fee to have the media sent to you.
Does this work with the OEM versions as well?
I am considering going to Vista Ultimate with my next PC upgrade (in the next few weeks) and I have been looking at the OEM version as I can get it from Newegg at a nice discount over Retail. If I get the OEM 32-bit version to start with, can I still get the 64-bit media from Microsoft if I decide to go that route later?
Thanks
