Okay I want to build myself a cheap system and thinking of this :

FYI: I have everything except the cooler , dvd drive .

ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe
AMD AM2 Brisbane 4000+ 2.1 GHZ (hopefully to 2.6GHZ)
GSkill DDR2 800 1GB of Ram
Nvidia 7600GT
Thermaltake Purepower 380W
Chenbro Case
Artic Freezer Pro
TX-2 Grease
Windows XP SP2

Could this run Team Fortress in decent settings. I have most of these parts . I just have to go into my parents storage to get it and get my video card back from my friend.
 
Oh nevermind, didnt read the entire thing. Yea, it should be ok.
 
Looks fine to me, except you might wanna get an extra gig of ram when you can.
 
There's a site out there when you select the game and it will scan your computer and see if you can play it. I don't know the link but maybe you could find it and post it.
