can this board, support >137gb ?

The board has the (fairly) recent VT8235 southbridge, which should be good to go on 48-bit LBA (meaning it supports drives larger than 137GB). After a little Googling, I found a document that supported this claim, but it was in Simplified Chinese translated by Google, so it certainly is not iron clad proof.

I have a computer with that chipset and a 160 GB IDE drive. So, yes.

ok.. thanks.. one more thing to think about.. i might get a cheap socket A and use an old 750 duron also.. i would get better performance for the same $$
