can this be done in an video editing program??

lol, could be done in a program if you were a expert and spent hours doing it, but looks real to me
 
im think they just redid the whole thing and then made it look old?
thoughts?
 
Yeah, just film it on a set, and then add grain, instability, de-colorize, and you're set. Not hard at all. Expensive maybe, hard, not in any way.
